GEWA ‘s GLOCAL CONCEPT WITH HAVELLS-SYLVANIA & “SAVING ENERGY NOVELTIES” – Paris, 8th-9th September 2009.  GEWA’s partner supplier Havells-Sylvania is constantly showing an active interest in working closer to GEWA’s associates and enhancing their presence. An original, dynamic and fruitful meeting was held in Paris.
Havells Sylvania’s team was an excellent host, offering a relaxing and charming dinner along the Seine. Beautiful night views to look at the current global crisis with a realistic but optimistic spirit.
The following day all Gewa Team, went to the showroom located at Gennevilliers Cedex (Paris), where we met all product managers of Concord, Lumiance, HD, Halogen Incandescent and LED products.
All outlined ideas about working simultaneously with different languages and product families, was perfectly projected.
Sharing ideas and suggestions from all business’ backgrounds, from the board members & presidency, to regional directors and even lighting engineers of local outlets, could discuss about new business opportunities and share feedbacks about the product features and the projects of daily/local work:
We brought into reality the “GloCal” concept of GEWA.
Different ranges and novelties responding to the present and coming European Directives for the Energy Saving Alternative Products were introduced in order to know all their available applications and market opportunities.
The subsequent national meetings will now take place in each National Group HQ in order to establish the appropriate actions in each country. Many new business opportunities will blossom from this meeting.
